
Officials at Gulu City Boda-boda Motorcycle Association say they have recovered a stolen motorcycle and 20 motorcycle number plates from Oyam district.
Johnson Odong, the Spokesperson of Gulu City Boda-boda Motorcycle Association says the motorcycle was stolen from Gulu City by a suspect who is still at large and taken to Oyam district.
Odong says five suspects yet to be identified were seriously beaten by a mob during today’s operation before they were handed to police in Oyam.
Statistics from Gulu City Boda-boda Motorcycle Association indicate that six motorcycles have been stolen from Gulu City since the beginning of this year.
Police are yet to comment on the matter.
