Northern Uganda Media Club (NUMEC) and Laroo Football Club played out a 0-0 draw yesterday at the Gulu College of Health Sciences.
The friendly match was organized to build relations between the two clubs and foster future collaboration.
NUMEC captain Owen Odong notes that his side was unlucky not to score, hitting the goalpost twice and missing several clear chances.
He urges NUMEC players to train together consistently to improve their game.
Laroo FC captain Alfred Okello admitted his team underestimated NUMEC leading to their defeat.
