The Soroti Cricket Academy celebrated a milestone with the completion of their training nets at the Madera Girls School.
The nets are a critical component in the development of young players and the practice nets will help Soroti Cricket Academy produce world-class talent.
The development of the practice was made possible through a partnership with Cricket Uganda, which made a donation of the Astro turf material for the nets, and Soroti Cricket Academy, through its friends and supporters, raised the funds for the completion.
The academy has a great track record of producing national team players, with the majority of Victoria Pearls players being alumni of the Soroti Cricket Academy.
