Florence Lalam, the Woman Councillor Laroo-Pece South in Gulu City, has expressed concern over substandard road construction works in areas annexed to the city.

Lalam says that instead of murram, clay soil is poured on roads which worsens the state of the roads especially during the rainy season.

The councillor who was speaking during a recent council meeting cites Paminano-Oyitino road.

She asks that standard construction work be done on roads in areas annexed to the city.
