An 18-year-old Boy identified as Chrispus Wilobo a resident of Kati-Kati, Pacua in Bar-dege-Layibi division was yesterday crushed to death.
The deceased died after a Vehicle registration number, UBR 023 B a Land Cruiser belonging to Gulu Archdiocese lost control and knocked a house and the deceased who was operating a Mobile Money on the road side.
David Ongom Mudong, the Aswa West Police Public relations confirms this saying
the Vehicle was being driven by 35-year-old DenisOwot, a resident of Oitino ward in Bar-dege-Layibi division.
It is alleged that at around 09: 30 am yesterday, a Motorvehicle Registration number UBR 023B Toyota Land Cruiser Cream in colour was coming from Lacor heading to Gulu city when it reached katikati Pacua a kid crossed the road when the driver tried to dodge lost control.
The Vehicles went off road and knocked a mobile money operator and a house.
He was rushed to hospital and later he pronounced dead.
Mudong says the Scene was visited by AIP Ayera and Sgt Akena, a rough sketch plan drawn.
The deceased was transferred to Gulu Referred mortuary pending postmorterm.
Mudong says the Suspect is in custody as investigation and inquiry into the case continues.
