15 suspects have been arrested and bunches of marijuana recovered in Tegwana cell, Laroo-Pece division in Gulu City.
David Ongom Mudong, the police Spokesperson for Aswa West says all the arrested suspects are currently being held at Gulu Central Police Station (CPS) and have been charged with several offences.
The offences include being in possession of contrabands (marijuana), loitering with intent to commit a felony, and common nuisance among others.
Mudong says police highly condemns and cautions the youth to desist from engaging in acts of criminality but rather engage in developmental activities.
Mudong has vowed that the operation will continue and that the files of the arrested suspects are being built for submission to the Resident State Attorney.
