Lwani Sports Academy is set to face St. Joseph’s College Layibi in a friendly match tomorrow at the Fourth Division playground.
The game is aimed at building the strength of Lwani Sports Academy as they prepare for the provincial league.
Lwani Sports Academy coach Jimmy Rubankene says all his players are fit and ready for the game, but appealed to them to use the match to develop their game.
He adds that the main aim of the game is to help the players coordinate well on the pitch to enable easy movement of the ball.
Ivan Otim, the captain of Layibi College, says they have several players who are injured but he still has hope that the available players will deliver a good result.
He however appeals to the players to use the game as a way of building their game to help them win the Coca-Cola Championship next year and also maintain the name of the school.
This will be the first time Lwani Sports Academy is facing St. Joseph’s College Layibi in a friendly match.
