Gulu district Chairman, Honorable Obol Justine Simpleman has pledged to work together with the newly elected LC1 elections.
Honorable says that the past elections of LC1s in Gulu district were largely successful with the exception with some areas which had some challenges
Obol made the remarks today in an interview with our reporter.
He calls on the newly elected LC1 elected to put Party issues apart and work together with his office so that the Community can get service delivery
Obol who was elected Chairperson on the Democratic Party ticket also reveals that they got a total of 21 LC1s who won elections on DP ticket in the LC1 elections.
Obol also urges for calm in the upcoming LC2 elections which will be done by only the selected LC1 Executives in each Parish in the district He urges community to elect LC2s who are knowledgeable because they will be in charge of many government Programs like PDM, and other important decisions in the various Parishes.
