A 24-year old man has been killed at Patiko Ajulu Trading Center, Patiko Sub County in Gulu district.
Patrick Ogik, a resident of Akwii village in Patiko Sub County was killed on Monday night.
Patrick Komakech, the LC III Chairperson Patiko Sub County says Ogik was found lying in a pool of blood yesterday morning.
Komakech says the deceased was last seen alive having fun with his friends at Patiko Ajulu Trading Center.
He suspects that Ogik was killed by the same friends who reportedly broke into a shop and looted several items.
Seven suspects whose identities are yet to be revealed were arrested yesterday in connection to the murder.
Meanwhile, the deceased was buried yesterday in Akwii village after a postmortem was conducted at Gulu Regional Referral Hospital.
