Four games have so far been concluded at the national health training institutional games championships 2026 being hosted by Gulu College of Health Sciences which began on Sunday and will end tomorrow.
Bad minton, mind games, athletics and wood games have been concluded.
Other results are still being tallied but some have already been tallied.
Uganda Institute of Health And Management Science were the overall winners in the girls’ category for wood ball with two gold medals and one bronze medal, School of Hygiene Mbale came second in the girls’ category with one gold medal.
For the boys’ wood ball category, the overall winner was Gulu College of Health Sciences with one gold medal and two silver medals followed by Uganda Institute of Health And Management Sciences who got one bronze medal.
For badminton, Indian Institute of Health and Allied Sciences were the overall winner of the boys’ category after beating Uganda Institute of Health and Management Sciences 2-0.
For Badminton, girls’ category, Uganda Institute of Health and Management Sciences were the champions after beating Indian Institute of Health and Allied Sciences 2-0.
Meanwhile athletics and mind games results were still being tallied by the time of compiling this story.
