
Credo nursery and primary school has won the 6th edition of the Favour FM live primary schools debate 2026 after defeating Favour Nursery and primary school, Lawiyadul campus.
Credo nursery and primary school were awarded a trophy, 200,000 shillings and a certificate while Favour Nursey and primary school were awarded a certificate and 150,000 shillings.
El-shaddai nursery and primary school was the second runner up while Havilla-land nursey and primary school was the third runner up.
The debate centered around the formal involvement of cultural leaders in decisions of land and natural resources in Acholi sub region.
Kur Joshua from El-shaddai nursery and primary school was voted the best speaker, Akello Becky from Mt Olive Good shepherd nursery and primary school was the second best speaker and Nyakoker Ruth from Gulu Central Junior School was the third best Speaker.
Ogwal Joshua from Lacor parents’ nursery and primary school was voted the best Patron.

Pastor Francis Ginaloyope from Favour of God Ministries says the Ministry is committed to shaping future leaders and urges schools that didnot participate this year to do so next year.

Ocaya Denis Deogratius, the Councilor IV in charge of Pece Pawel says who represented Aber Gifta, the Mayor for Laroo-Pece division says the topic which was debated is crucial for development hence a need for the community to discuss it as well.

A total of 13 schools who produced 16 teams from Acholi Sub Region participated in the debate which concluded on Saturday.
