A number of projects under renovation at Gulu Regional Referral Hospital have been completed.
They include surgical ward, Principal Nursing Officer’s office, medical ward, toilets and bathrooms which costed over 100 million shillings.
The renovation works was done successfully by Joras Associates and company limited within a period of three months.
Walter Uryek- Wun, the principal hospital director of Gulu Regional Referral Hospital says the renovated toilets and bathrooms were in a very bad condition due to the fact that most patients misuse them even after sensitization.
Uryek- Wun says the surgical ward and medical ward team will also now enjoy their clean space which has just been given a new look.

He says they will be conducting constant renovation works at the hospital even in the coming financial years because it helps in giving the hospital a better look and improve service delivery.
