Sacred Heart Alumnae Kick Off Construction of School Sick Bay

Old students of Sacred Heart Girls Secondary school Association (SHOGA) have launched the construction of a Sick Bay at the school.

Aciro Kevin Owacgiu, the Chairperson of SHOGA says they came together to fundraise for the construction of a Sick Bay at the school because many times students miss out on classes when they go out to seek for treatment.

Aciro says the construction of the Sick Bay will cost a total of 220 million shillings adding that the facility will also help the community around the school.

She says the old girls and the school administration already have 40 million shillings and urges all the old students of the School and other well-wishers to contribute towards this noble cause.

Monsignor Martin Agwee, the Vicar General of Gulu Archbishop, who represented the Archbishop applauds the old students for their efforts in supporting the school through the construction of a Sick Bay.

Agwee urges the Contractors to do quality work adding that the leadership of the Archdiocese will lobby support for the construction of the Sick Bay and ensure that it is completed.

Betty Aol Ocan, the Gulu City Woman MP who also an old girl of the school says she will mobilize for support from her fellow leaders towards construction of the Sick Bay.
